• Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to understand system functionality and business impacts.
• Contribute to project planning, status tracking, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and business analysis best practices to improve efficiency and quality of requirements and documentation.
• Present a final project or findings to team leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
