Cardone Ventures is seeking a Platform Review Finance Manager to oversee a high-end client portfolio, assess historical performance, and advise on improvements with the Platform Review team. You will collaborate with a cross-functional group to create a comprehensive 10-year plan, analyze cash flow, and build robust financial models aligned with clients’ goals.

• 3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
• Proven ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Experience advising business owners or executives with financial insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and interpret data to assess historical financials.
• Intervene when detecting impending financial pressures with cash flow analysis.
• Collaborate with platform teams to deliver cohesive deliverables.
• Consult with clients to develop a 10-year financial model and expansion opportunities.
• Assemble summaries of statements and earnings.
• Guide clients through a seven-month journey to improve financial strategies.
• Test, report, and optimize program performance to identify levers.
• Define daily cash targets and analyze program success.
• Deliver detailed analyses and recommendations to clients.
