The Contractor Consultants are seeking an experienced Controller in Scottsdale, AZ to lead the accounting department, drive the monthly close, and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. This on-site, full-time role reports to the EVP and requires a hands-on leader with strong internal controls and process improvement skills.

You will oversee cash management, payroll, and financial analysis, partnering with executives to provide accurate, timely information for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory, accounting management, or Controller-level role.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly financial close and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage accounting team and financial reporting.
• Oversee cash management, payroll, and intercompany transfers.
• Maintain internal controls and process improvements.
• Prepare executive reporting packages and variance analyses.
