Cardone Ventures in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Finance Services Consultant to offer strategic financial guidance across expenditures, margins, and operations. You will collaborate with clients to develop tailored financial plans that align with short-term objectives and long-term goals.

Responsibilities include analyzing income statements, budgets, and KPIs; leading budgeting and forecasts; delivering monthly reports; and advising on compensation models and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related area; equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years' work experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a consulting capacity.
• On-site at Scottsdale, AZ office; this is not a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Drive major financial strategies, spending, system management, and financial controls for clients.
• Analyze income statements, balance sheets, budgets, forecasts, and chart of accounts.
• Manage quarterly/annual budgeting, revenue forecasting, and budget-to-actual reviews.
• Prepare presentations on industry best practices and tailor calls to client needs.
• Provide guidance on cost management for expenses, personnel, marketing, and owner draws.
