Job summary

NewEdge Advisors seeks an Associate, Platform Experience in NY/N YC to support the Addepar platform across onboarding, access controls, configuration, and client reporting.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Compliance, Operations, and Advisory Teams to deliver timely, accurate platform support that improves efficiency, reporting reliability, and the experience for Home Office, advisory teams, and end clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Addepar experience preferred; other similar platforms may be considered.
• 4+ years in financial technology or related field preferred.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Understanding of wealth management and portfolio reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Platform user onboarding and access control management.
• Configure database elements and maintain data quality.
• Support end-client and advisor reporting and output validation.
• Document processes and contribute to governance best practices.
