Job summary

NewEdge Capital Group is seeking an Associate, Platform Experience (Addepar) to support the firm’s investment management and reporting ecosystem. The role handles user onboarding, access controls, and platform configuration across Addepar, Salesforce, and related data workflows.

Based in Stamford, CT or New York, NY, the position offers a base salary in a range with potential bonuses. The team collaborates with Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Advisory Teams, and vendor partners to

Qualifications

2+ years of experience working with Addepar.
4+ years of professional experience in financial technology, or equivalent education/background in a related field.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of wealth management, portfolio reporting, investment operations, or related financial services workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

Onboard users, manage access controls, and maintain role permissions.
Configure database elements, maintain household/account structures, and ensure data quality.
Develop Addepar reports, dashboards, and output configurations.
Troubleshoot platform questions and document recurring workflows; support internal and external users.
Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Advisory Teams, and vendors to improve governance and efficiency.
