Job summary

NewEdge Capital Group seeks a Platform Experience Associate to support its Addepar-based investment management and reporting ecosystem. You will administer user access, configure permissions, and maintain core database elements, while assisting with report setup and output validation to ensure reliable client outcomes.

You will partner with Product Management, Compliance, Advisory Teams and vendor partners to deliver timely, accurate platform support for Home Office, Advisory Teams, clients and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with Addepar preferred, but experience in similar platforms such as Black Diamond or Orion may be considered.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial technology, or equivalent education/background in a related field, preferred.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of wealth management, portfolio reporting, investment operations, or related financial services workflows is preferred.
