Job summary

PCI Energy Solutions is hiring a Platform Engineering Manager in Norman, OK to lead cloud-native platforms and mentor high-performing teams. Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and delivering software applications.
Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
Strong experience in platform engineering, building and operating internal platforms or shared infrastructure.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration, including production clusters.
Solid foundation in GitOps and modern software delivery pipelines.
Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
Strong documentation skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers and platform specialists, fostering collaboration and growth.
Own planning, execution, and delivery of complex software and platform initiatives, aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with product, design, operations, security, and leadership to define requirements and direction.
Design, build, and evolve cloud-native platforms with reliability, scalability, observability, and security.
Lead Kubernetes cluster orchestration, GitOps workflows, and modern deployment strategies.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and automation.
