Playlist is seeking an experienced engineer who has moved into people leadership to build and operate reliable, scalable cloud platforms and developer infrastructure. You will empower engineering teams, guide strategy, and help drive key platform decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, recruit diverse talent, and participate in broad engineering initiatives to raise the bar for reliability and developer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct management experience with an engineering team of 6+ members.
• Hands-on experience building and operating production cloud platforms in the public cloud.
• Strong grounding in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD with incident response and observability at scale.
• Ability to establish a vision, set goals, and execute effectively.
