Job summary

Bricklayer AI Inc. seeks a Platform Engineering Leader to define, build, and scale the infrastructure powering our agentic cybersecurity platform. The role blends hands-on engineering (about 60%) with leadership (about 40%), and focuses on cloud, security, reliability, and developer experience.

You will partner with Application, AI, Security, and Product teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient platforms as Bricklayer expands its customer base.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform experience.
• Experience designing and operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with CI/CD platforms and modern deployment practices.
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Bricklayer’s platform engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Own AWS-based cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments for production.
• Build self-service tooling and CI/CD platforms to improve engineering productivity.
• Lead incident response, post-mortems, and reliability improvements.
• Drive security, governance, and compliance across the platform.
