Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Six years in software engineering leadership roles.
• Strong delivery track record across full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology direction and key technical decisions with stakeholders.
• Oversee platform engineering teams building the Learning Management Platform.
• Adopt CI/CD and drive frequent release cadence.
• Mentor engineers and manage fulltime and contract resources.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and other engineering groups.
