Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering to lead our platform engineering initiative. This hands-on leadership role requires shaping architecture, directing end-to-end technical efforts, and collaborating with architecture, infra, security, and product teams to drive the platform forward.

You will steer platform governance, scale multi-tenant capabilities, and ensure reliable, cost-efficient operations while mentoring a growing team of engineers across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating production software.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the platform's technical direction.
• Treat the platform as a product with defined adoption paths.
• Deliver analytics and AI capabilities that products can ship.
• Raise the engineering bar on delivery with automated, observable releases.
• Run the platform with clear service levels, reliability, and cost management.
• Partner with product engineering, architecture, data engineering, SRE, and security teams.
• Build and mentor the platform engineering team.
