Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a technical lead engineer to oversee enterprise workflow applications, including modernization of runbooks and automation initiatives. You will partner with leadership to craft a multi-year platform roadmap aligned with IT strategy and business priorities.

The role requires hands-on development experience with SQL, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, and familiarity with workflow tools such as Azure Automation and Logic Apps. Agile delivery experience is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or GED with substantial enterprise platform experience.
Strong understanding of platform architecture, scripting and REST/SOAP APIs.
Developer experience with workflow apps such as Azure Automation and Logic Apps.
Hands-on coding experience: SQL, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Technical lead engineer for enterprise workflow applications, including modernization of runbooks.
Collaborate with leadership to develop a multi-year platform roadmap aligned to IT strategy.
Partner with business units to identify automation opportunities and enhancements.
Establish governance and standards for coding and engineering practices.
Stay current with platform releases and industry trends to guide evolution.
Responsible for platform administration: health, performance tuning, upgrades, and integrations.
Direct and review configurations, customizations, and workflows to meet requirements.
