Job summary

EY is seeking a Staff Workflow Platform Engineer to help build, test and support enterprise workflow, orchestration and automation solutions across business functions. You will contribute to workflow services, API integrations, platform components, testing and operational support while growing expertise in modern automation technologies.

This role is ideal for candidates with exposure to at least one programming language or low-code platform and a willingness to learn across a broader ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of software development, integration, application configuration or automation experience.
• Experience with at least one programming language or workflow/low-code platform.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, Git and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance workflow services, workers, APIs, connectors and reusable platform components under team guidance.
• Implement assigned user stories using established architecture, coding standards and delivery practices.
• Configure BPMN processes, forms, business rules, human tasks and integration points.
• Support workflow deployment, versioning, monitoring and technical documentation activities.
• Contribute to automation solutions that use case management, business rules or event-driven workflows.
