Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a pro to design prototypes for automation in accounting and payroll, leveraging AI and analytics tools. You will gather requirements with process experts, draft specs, and support prototypes through training and documentation updates.

Work with IT to productionize solutions with secure integrations and ensure compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to share best practices and maintain timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years in Accounting, Finance, or IS or relevant field, or 5–7+ years in accounting/finance/IS.
• Technical Proficiency with MS Office and enterprise applications.
• Data analysis skills with Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• 1+ years of AI development and automation tools experience, including creating AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop functional prototypes for process augmentation (workflow automation, analytics, AI) to improve accounting and payroll efficiency.
• Conduct requirements sessions with process experts and end users to identify needs and translate to technical specs.
• Provide ongoing prototype support, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation updates.
• Partner with IT to productionize prototypes with secure, compliant enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share best practices and align on technical standards.
• Participate in process measurement and continuous improvement using data analysis and Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
