Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Technical Engineering Lead for ALM Tools and Platforms within Enterprise Architecture & Engineering. This hands-on leadership role requires deep technical expertise, overseeing artifact management systems like Artifactory/Nexus, and ensuring high availability, scalability, and security at enterprise scale.

The role combines people management with platform operations, incident response, and collaboration with DevOps, security, and CI/CD teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with artifact repositories (Artifactory/Nexus)
• Hands-on with Java, Python, or Go
• Experience with IaC: Terraform/OpenTofu/CloudFormation
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EC2)
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing engineers
• Deep knowledge of open source ecosystems and package management

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and scale artifact management platforms at enterprise scale
• Contribute to platform configuration, automation, troubleshooting, incident response
• Own availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency of platforms
• Lead teams, set technical direction, and manage hiring/onboarding
