Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a multi-layer organization, spanning SRE, DevOps, and release engineering. You will translate strategic goals into reliable, scalable platform capabilities, guide architecture, and coach engineering leaders while delivering through your teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering with direct ownership of production SRE or cloud reliability.
• Deep AWS fluency across IAM, networking, compute, observability, and IaC.
• Proven major-incident leadership with cross-service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead leaders and build the organization across SRE, DevOps, and release engineering.
• Own the DevOps and platform engineering roadmap for multi-quarter planning.
• Lead incident management with major-incident readiness and blameless reviews.
