Twilio is seeking a Software Engineer, Platform Engineering (L3) to develop, deploy, and manage highly available distributed systems across AWS and Azure. You will run Kubernetes beyond managed services, automate infrastructure with Terraform, and contribute to the reliability of dual-cloud infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers, participate in sprint planning, and improve code quality with a focus on observability and health of systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating resilient backend services at scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes, EKS, and zero-downtime cluster upgrades.
