Job summary

Nooks.ai in San Francisco is seeking a Platform Engineer to own the revenue data backbone and data-infrastructure for the RevOps organization. You will manage HubSpot, data models, and 80+ production services, building AI-enabled internal tooling and ensuring clean data governance.

The role blends production coding with CRM administration, reporting to revenue leaders, and collaborating with Sales, CS, RevOps, Finance, and Product teams. Hybrid work with some in-person days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM systems or RevOps engineering with hands-on AI-assisted systems and GTM experience.
• Hands-on HubSpot Sales Hub administration: workflows, properties, permissions, and governance.
• Experience building agentic AI applications and production-grade data pipelines with API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue data warehouse consolidating CRM, product usage, and billing data.
• Maintain 80+ production services including churn signals, scoring, enrichment, and reporting.
• Build and extend AI agent infrastructure for RevOps and GTM workflows.
• Design integrations moving data between HubSpot, product DB, billing, and analytics.
• Administer HubSpot Sales CRM: architecture, permissions, governance.
• Own CRM data cleanup, deduplication, governance.
• Optimize HubSpot for rep experience with views, workflows, automations.
• Set technical direction: evaluate data/AI infra, build-vs-buy, documentation.
