Qualifications
- 12+ years building and operating production software, including 4+ years at staff or principal level.
- Experience leading multi-team platform migrations and redesigns.
- Strong design and implementation skills across frontend, backend, and cloud.
- Ability to measure, document tradeoffs, and influence without authority.
Responsibilities
- Own technical plans and delivery for multiple tracks from design to launch.
- Lead migrations of large content/data volumes with verification.
- Build shared platform capabilities exposed via clean APIs.
- Provide honest, costed views of technical debt and remediation priorities.
- Serve as technical point of contact for incidents with business impact.
