Job summary

Infosys in Irvine seeks an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to collaborate with client and internal teams on incident resolution, root cause analyses, and preventive documentation. You will evaluate client IT infrastructure, draft actionable assessment reports, and support due diligence to identify maturity and improvement opportunities.

You will contribute to designing scalable, cost-efficient IT infrastructure, align release schedules, execute deployments, and manage changes with rigorous testing

Qualifications

• Hands on scripting language experience.
• Kubernetes experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with onsite, offshore and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document preventive actions.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and support due diligence to document maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation.
• Coordinate releases, deployments and post-deployment testing as per protocols.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and upgrades to ensure uninterrupted integration.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning to optimize systems.
