Job summary

Nightingale Education Sole Mb is seeking a Platform Engineer to scale and align our internal platform across GCP and AWS, with a system-level mindset. You will own network, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, building self-service tooling for product teams.

We value security‑first design, IaC discipline with Terraform, and collaboration with engineering and security to reduce toil and accelerate delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on multi-cloud experience across GCP and AWS.
• Terraform-based IaC discipline and modular design.
• Kubernetes cluster operations, networking, and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems common to multiple technology teams and design platform‑level solutions.
• Build and operate self‑service infrastructure, tooling, and paved paths for product teams.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and production‑grade guardrails to ensure quality and security.
• Drive site reliability design and target setting, reducing toil and improving observability.
• Own multi‑cloud infrastructure as code (GCP/AWS) including networking and compute.
• Design and maintain Kubernetes platforms with developer‑facing abstractions.
• Embed security by default: RBAC, secrets management, least privilege.
