Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Platform Engineer I to join the Digital Platform team, focusing on analytics implementations across digital experiences using GTM and GA4.

You will translate measurement needs into technical configurations and collaborate with engineers, product managers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable data collection and set the foundation for RudderStack event tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve GTM/GA4 implementations across web and mobile apps.
• Translate requirements into tags, triggers, and analytics configurations.
• Maintain platform operations and support production analytics.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and analysts on data standards.
• Document configurations and decisions for future ownership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a related field
