Job summary

EMCD ищет DevOps-инженера для разработки и поддержки инфраструктуры на Kubernetes в гибридной среде с упором на облака и bare-metal. Ваша работа будет включать автоматизацию развёртывания через Terraform/Ansible и развитие GitLab CI пайплайнов.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и поддерживать Kubernetes-инфраструктуру в облаках и на bare‑metal.
• Автоматизировать развёртывание и конфигурацию с Terraform и Ansible.
• Строить и улучшать GitLab CI пайплайны и шаблоны сборки/развертывания.
• Поддерживать GitOps‑процессы через ArgoCD и Helm.
• Улучшать мониторинг, логирование и оповещение, участвовать в инцидент‑разборе.
• Разрабатывать внутренние инструменты на Python или Go.
• Способствовать улучшению сетевых настроек, управления секретами и доступами.
• Помогать разработчикам пользоваться платформой, обрабатывать инфраструктурные запросы, автоматизировать повторяющиеся задачи.

• Develop and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure across cloud and bare-metal environments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible
• Build and improve GitLab CI pipelines and reusable build and deployment templates for development teams
• Maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Helm
• Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting, and participate in incident investigation and resolution
• Develop internal tools and automation using Python or Go
• Contribute to improvements in networking, secrets management, and access controls
• Help developers use the platform, handle infrastructure requests, and automate recurring tasks

Требования:

• Practical commercial experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or SRE
• Strong Linux skills and understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, and DNS
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift in production environments
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management
• Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Helm and GitOps principles
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including participation in infrastructure incident investigations
• Python or Go programming skills for task automation
• Ability to explain technical decisions, collaborate with developers, and take tasks through to completion

• experience with both cloud and bare-metal infrastructure, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Harbor; familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Mimir, OpenTelemetry, Loki, or ELK; experience with Cilium, Nginx, Traefik, Gateway API, or Cloudflare; experience with Vault, Keycloak, and vulnerability scanning tools; experience operating databases, message brokers, and object storage; experience building reusable infrastructure modules, CLI utilities, or self-service tools for developers
