EMCD ищет опытного backend-разработчика на Go для глобального крипто-экосистемы: майнинг, кошельки, платежи и инфраструктура. Ваша задача — создавать новые сервисы на Go, улучшать существующие и интегрировать внешних провайдеров через REST и gRPC.

Будете работать над снижением архитектурной долговременности, усилением мониторинга, безопасности финансовых потоков и поддержкой production-систем. Ожидается менторство команды.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы с операциями по деньгам в финтехе/крипто, включая holds, debits, credits, балансы и расчётные циклы.
• Понимание безопасного хранения и перемещения денег между системами: точность decimal, идемпотентность, аудит.
• Продакшн-опыт Go, PostgreSQL, gRPC/REST и Kafka.
• Опыт микросервисной архитектуры: Saga, компенсации, распределённые транзакции, outbox.
• Опыт интеграции внешних провайдеров через REST: тайм-ауты, статусы, Reverval.

Responsabilités

• Строить новые бэенд-сервисы на Go и улучшать существующие продукты.
• Интеграция внешних провайдеров через REST и внутренних сервисов через gRPC и Kafka.
• Рефакторинг устаревших сервисов, снижая затраты на поддержку и собирая архитектуру.
• Улучшать мониторинг, логирование, алерты и безопасность финансовых потоков.
• Поддержка production-систем, расследование инцидентов и жизненный цикл эксплуатации.
• Предоставлять техническое наставничество внутри команды.

Описание:

EMCD is a global crypto ecosystem building products across mining, wallets, payments, custody, and digital asset infrastructure.

Задачи:

• Build new backend services in Go and improve existing products
• Integrate external providers via REST and internal services via gRPC and Kafka
• Refactor legacy services to reduce support costs, simplify architecture, remove technical debt, and improve test coverage
• Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and security for financial flows
• Support production systems, investigate incidents, and track the operation lifecycle end to end
• Provide technical mentorship within the team

Требования:

• Production experience with money operations in fintech or crypto, including holds, debits, credits, balances, transaction lifecycle, and reconciliation
• Strong understanding of safely storing and moving money between systems, including decimal precision, operation keys, idempotency, consistency, and auditability
• Strong production experience with Go, PostgreSQL, gRPC or REST, and Kafka
• Hands-on experience applying microservice patterns to financial systems, including Saga, compensation, distributed transactions, outbox, idempotent consumers, and reconciliation loops
• Experience integrating external providers via REST, including timeouts, provider-side statuses, delayed reversals, and reconciliation between both sides
• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge beyond CRUD, including transactions, isolation levels, unique constraints, locks, indexes, and EXPLAIN
• Strong Kafka knowledge, including partitions, consumer groups, offsets, rebalancing, delivery guarantees, ordering, and safe horizontal scaling
• Active use of AI agents in development and practical understanding of spec-driven workflows and harness building
