Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years in enterprise infrastructure administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience diagnosing complex issues spanning identity, applications, and networks.
• Automation of infrastructure or operations using scripting languages and CM tools.
• Design and implement technical improvements beyond routine maintenance.
• Massachusetts office presence at least three days a week and participation in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Own operational reliability of Acacia platforms and workflows.
