Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to administer and troubleshoot enterprise infra across virtualization, servers, storage, networking, and backup/recovery.

You will diagnose complex issues spanning identity, applications, and networks, and automate tasks using scripting and IaC tools. The role requires Massachusetts office presence at least three days weekly and on-call participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus five+ years of hands-on infra experience.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex cross-domain issues.
• Ability to automate infrastructure tasks with scripting and configuration tools.
• Experience designing and implementing improvements beyond routine maintenance.
• Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF, or BABOK frameworks and agile practices.
• Experience working in enterprise environments (engineering, lab, manufacturing, or similar).
