Job summary

SolutionHealth, based in Manchester, NH, seeks a Platform Engineer to manage enterprise platform services across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will independently execute operational, project, lifecycle, and service management tasks while collaborating with IT teams, cybersecurity, vendors, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes incident response, change control, documentation, and automation with opportunities to advance toward senior engineering responsibilities within Platform

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT training or combination of education and hands-on experience.
• Minimum 3 years of directly related IT infrastructure operations experience.
• Relevant infrastructure/cloud certifications; ITIL Foundation within 12 months of hire.
• Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure concepts and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Independently support daily operation, monitoring, maintenance, documentation, and improvement of enterprise platform services.
• Perform service requests, operational checks, ticket updates, monitoring reviews, backup validations, and patch follow-ups.
• Apply standards, change controls, and escalation paths to ensure safe and reliable work execution.
• Participate in incident response, service restoration, request fulfillment, change implementation, and lifecycle activities.
• Escalate issues promptly for patient care impacts and security concerns.
• Maintain accurate work notes, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
