Mass General Brigham is seeking an Enterprise Systems Engineer to maintain and improve critical platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable enterprise applications, with emphasis on uptime, security, and scalable infrastructure.

The role covers operations, automation, and collaboration across IT and business units, including on-site and hybrid work arrangements. A strong technical foundation and professional communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 3–5 years of systems engineering or related experience required.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and IT infrastructure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support, enhance, and build enterprise applications.
• Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise platforms.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot complex platform issues.
• Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Participate in platform upgrades and patch management.
