SolutionHealth is seeking a Platform Engineer in Manchester, NH to ensure reliable operation and continuous improvement of enterprise platform services across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will manage servers, storage, virtualization, backups, monitoring, and related technologies, collaborating with IT teams and vendors.

Required is an Associate degree or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience, and relevant certifications; SQL, email services, and automation familiarity are a plus.

Competenze

• Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent IT training.
• 3+ years of directly related IT infrastructure operations experience.
• Knowledge of servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with SQL, email services, and automation is a plus.

Mansioni

• Independently support daily operation, monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise platform services.
• Execute incident response, service restoration, and change implementations.
• Maintain documentation, work notes, and procedures for assigned platforms.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, application teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
