Job summary

Clear Fracture LLC is seeking a Platform Engineer to lead cloud and on-prem deployment of our multi-agent data integration platform. You will own portable deployments for online marketplaces and disconnected environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities include integrating CI/CD with GitHub Actions, building secure Kubernetes-based pipelines, and collaborating with product teams to document deployment processes and improve DevOps practices. Remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Platform Engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation, especially GitHub Actions
• Experience with Docker artifact management across a complex microservices application
• Experience using Helm Charts and/or Argo CD
• Experience packaging and distributing software on Kubernetes
• Experience provisioning applications for deployment in environments like the AWS Marketplace; Terraform experience is a plus
• Experience building security-hardened Kubernetes platforms
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and legacy codebases
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with focus on performance
• Experience developing platforms using industry standards and repeatable processes
• Ability to review, test, and document platform deployment against design requirements
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and documenting instructions
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote team environments
• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with performance and load testing tools

Responsibilities

• Platform deployment: building portable deployments for online marketplace and on-prem environments
• CI/CD Integration: integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous delivery
• Collaboration: work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality
• Documentation: create clear documentation for deployment processes, especially for on-prem environments
• Process Improvement: contribute to continuous improvement of platform and DevOps processes, tools, and methodologies
