Job summary

Sligo Software Solutions Inc. seeks a Mid-Level Platform Engineer to join the DFS Platform Services team. You will help build, operate, and maintain an internal platform that accelerates software delivery.

You will work under experienced engineers in a mentorship-rich environment and contribute to a scalable, secure cloud platform. The role emphasizes hands-on Terraform, GCP, CI/CD, and observability tasks, with direct involvement in Agile ceremonies and production operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or systems administration.
• Experience in a public cloud environment (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable).
• Proven ability to build, operate, and maintain cloud computing systems and solutions.
• Strong automation and governance mindset for cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development workflows.
• Author and maintain Terraform code for GCP infrastructure provisioning.
• Support Salesforce/GearSet deployment pipelines and documentation.
• Maintain SonarQube and GitHub integration for static analysis and security scanning.
• Manage build artifacts using GCP Artifact Registry.
• Support observability stack (Splunk, monitoring, alerting).
• Manage GKE cluster operations and namespace management.
• Handle GCP resources across dev/test/prod (compute, networking, IAM, secrets).
• Migrate manually provisioned GCP resources into Terraform.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint delivery.
