Job summary

Optomi seeks an experienced Platform Operations & Tooling Engineer to design and support enterprise CI/CD platforms in AWS environments. You will build automated infrastructure with Terraform, Packer, and Ansible, and advance tooling using TeamCity, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.

You will enhance platform reliability, security, and developer experience through automation, documenting runbooks and providing knowledge transfer to teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of platform engineering, DevOps, or platform operations experience.
• TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, GitHub, and Docker experience.
• Hands-on AWS, Terraform, Packer, Ansible, Kubernetes/EKS, Argo CD, and Helm.
• Strong Python, PowerShell, Bash, and YAML skills.
• Experience with CI/CD security, IAM/OIDC, secrets management, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise CI/CD platforms using TeamCity, GitHub Actions, and Artifactory.
• Build automated Windows/Linux infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, Packer, and Ansible.
• Develop reusable workflows, scripts, and infrastructure automation.
• Support AWS/Kubernetes platform modernization and container build processes.
• Troubleshoot complex build, deployment, and platform issues.
• Improve platform reliability, security, and developer experience through automation.
• Create documentation, runbooks, and provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer
