Job summary

Judi Health, a health-tech company, is seeking a Platform Developer to join the Platform Team. You will build, scale, and maintain a robust, secure infrastructure powering our Unified Claims Processing platform.

You will champion infrastructure-as-code, automation, and observability to ensure high availability, performance, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, and help drive security and HIPAA/FISMA/SOC2/FedRAMP initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Platform/DevOps/SRE.
• Strong AWS infrastructure experience.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Python, SQL.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD (GoCD, Harness, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus).
• Security/compliance: FISMA, SOC 2 and/or FedRAMP.
• Ability to work in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support scalable, secure platform infra.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling (GoCD, Harness, Terraform).
• Write Python for automation and tooling.
• Manage PostgreSQL, Redshift, Redis; ensure performance.
• Administer Kubernetes/EKS; optimize containers.
• Use AWS Lambda for serverless tasks.
• Collaborate with dev teams to align infra with app needs.
• Enforce security best practices incl. HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP.
• Monitor performance; troubleshoot and scale.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Adopt Agile/Scrum; contribute to sprints.
• Evaluate new tech; build internal tooling.
• Implement observability (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus).
