The Site Reliability Engineering team is responsible for driving the adoption of world class reliability practices across the organization, ensuring the best possible experience for the lives we provide care for.

As a Platform Developer, SRE, you will be working with our internal teams to fine tune customer driven monitoring, alerting, and iterative feedback loops to increase reliability

Qualifications

• Support 24/7 production on-call rotations.
• Automate Observability & Monitoring (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus).
• Proficiency in Terraform, or similar IaC tooling.
• Practical experience with a cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Some experience in Python or Bash scripting.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Distill customer facing metrics with internal teams.
• Craft monitoring and alerting based on metrics.
• Write Terraform modules to onboard internal teams.
• Drive world class site reliability practices across the org.
• Adopt Agile/Scrum practices; participate in planning and stand-ups.
