Job summary

CREO is a NYC-headquartered not-for-profit focused on mobilizing capital for a low-carbon transition. We seek a Platform Engagement Coordinator to drive engagement, onboarding, and recurring use of CREO’s Data Platform.

This role combines direct member interaction with platform administration and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. You will lead demonstrations, answer questions, guide users to relevant capabilities, and support troubleshooting and data quality.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in client or member success or platform support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for live demonstrations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
• Strong technical aptitude; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
• Highly organized with interest in CREO’s ecosystem and climate-positive investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead audience-specific Platform demonstrations for prospective and existing Members and other external audiences.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Members and other users, guiding ongoing use and identifying opportunities.
• Monitor Platform activity and support outreach, training, and re-engagement to increase adoption and deal activity.
• Develop strong Platform and investment ecosystem knowledge to articulate value to sophisticated investors.
• Manage Platform onboarding and administration, including account setup, access permissions, and workflows.
• Provide first-line support for users, resolve routine issues, escalate complex technical issues.
• Support Salesforce and Data Platform workflows and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Conduct data maintenance and quality control, including tagging, deduplication, and validation.
