Job summary

Cambio is a software platform accelerating real estate decarbonization for owners and tenants. As a Partner Strategy Analyst, you will own end-to-end data quality assurance for clients managing carbon accounting, benchmarking, reporting, and BEPS compliance.

You will transform raw data into standardized inputs and deliver precise analytics to customers. You will collaborate with asset teams to automate data collection, monitor BEPS deadlines across jurisdictions, and support sustainability

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative background: 2+ years in consulting, data analytics, accounting, or finance.
• Data-obsessed: meticulous with numbers; comfortable with unstructured data and Excel; SQL not required.
• Creative problem-solving: excel as a puzzle solver using models.
• Strong communicator: clear verbal and written communication in fast-moving settings.
• Collaborative: team player who supports the team's success.
• Experience with carbon or building data is a bonus.
• Familiarity with BEPS and benchmarking programs such as ENERGY STAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for large institutional clients, assessing data sources and tailoring onboarding plans.
• Collaborate with asset and property teams to automate data collection and ingestion.
• Oversee end-to-end data quality assurance, transforming raw data into standardized inputs.
• Own quantitative analytics delivered to customers with high accuracy.
• Build and maintain building energy, water, and carbon benchmarks for clients.
• Track BEPS requirements and translate pathways into guidance for teams.
• Support sustainability reporting across GRESB, TCFD, and CDP.
• Coordinate with building science teams to ensure analysis delivery.
• Coordinate communications for major accounts to ensure customer success.
