Job summary

CREO is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to serve as the organization’s internal lead for day-to-day operations and administrative infrastructure in NYC. You will ensure seamless workflows, efficient tools, and strong governance across CREO’s global team.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires at least 7 years in nonprofit operations, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in operations or nonprofit administration.
• Experience in nonprofit settings; grants management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative and service-oriented with excellent verbal and written communications.
• Experience using cloud-based collaboration tools across time zones (Outlook, Slack, Salesforce).
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflows, onboarding/offboarding, and staff training across CREO’s global team.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable, reimbursements, and budget reporting with audit-ready controls.
• Manage vendor searches, contracts, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure IT systems accessibility, license administration, and data governance.
• Lead CREO’s NYC office operations, including lease and facilities management.
