Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a visionary product leader to define and scale its next-generation Platform and Ecosystem strategy. This role owns the vision, roadmap, discovery, and commercialization for TaxEx, Treasury, and BPaaS solutions as OSV expands beyond its Workday heritage.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership, ecosystem thinking, and deep fintech/payments knowledge with a strong understanding of payroll, tax, treasury, or related enterprise software markets.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive product management or product leadership experience in complex B2B or enterprise products.
Experience defining product strategy and taking new-market products from discovery through commercialization and scale.
Experience with platform products, ecosystems, APIs, integrations, embedded services, or multi-party B2B solutions.
Strong discovery, market analysis, prioritization, roadmap, and outcome-measurement capabilities.
Ability to translate complex customer, partner, regulatory, and technical needs into coherent product direction.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy for expanding OSV beyond the Workday ecosystem.
Identify and prioritize platform ecosystems, payroll processors, HCM providers, ERP vendors, service bureaus, and channel partners OSV should serve.
Develop evidence-based market segmentation, partner personas, opportunity assessments, and product investment recommendations.
Define differentiated offerings across Full BPaaS Tax and Treasury, Treasury as a Service, TaxEx SaaS, and embedded partnership models.
Establish the product vision for delivering tax, treasury, money movement, compliance, and related services across multiple platforms.
Own the product vision, strategy, outcomes, and roadmap for TaxEx, Treasury, and ecosystem enablement capabilities.
Lead continuous discovery with platforms, processors, partners, clients, prospects, sales teams, and operational users to identify unmet needs and validate opportunities.
Translate customer, partner, operational, compliance, and market insights into clear product outcomes and prioritized investments.
Define the capabilities required to support non-Workday platforms, including APIs, data exchange frameworks, reusable connectors, configuration models, partner onboarding, and processor visibility.
Drive the development of partner-facing capabilities such as portfolio dashboards, treasury and filing visibility, exception management, reporting, and operational controls.
Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Tax Operations, Treasury Operations, Compliance, Risk, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver complete product outcomes.
