This leadership role combines hands-on platform work with strategic direction, focusing on accelerating engineering velocity, improving security, and enabling scalable workflows across software, firmware, systems, IT, and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in software engineering, build/release engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years with modern C++ build systems and dependency tooling.
• 5+ years automating with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• 3+ years with infrastructure-as-code or platform automation.
• 3+ years troubleshooting build, dependency, and pipeline issues.
• Experience in regulated, security-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines for build, test, analysis, packaging, and release workflows.
• Own execution of software delivery platform capabilities to be reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with needs.
• Develop automation for delivery processes including source control triggers, build orchestration, test execution, artifact publication, and traceability.
• Support test workflows in CI pipelines and on hardware in CD pipelines across software and firmware efforts.
• Create reusable templates, scripts, and components to improve consistency and developer efficiency.
• Support and optimize C++ build environments, toolchains, and cross-platform builds.
• Integrate testing, static analysis, software composition analysis, and coverage into workflows.
• Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code/configuration-as-code for repeatable deployments.
