Job summary
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Software Platform/DevSecOps Engineering Lead to define and sustain the software delivery platform for mission-critical development in a regulated environment. The role blends hands-on platform work with growth into a broader technical leadership position within the software organization.
The candidate will drive DevSecOps capabilities, align across software, firmware, systems, IT, and cybersecurity, and lead continuous improvement to accelerate velocity,
Qualifications
- 9+ years of software engineering, build/release, DevSecOps, or platform engineering experience.
- Secret clearance required.
- Onboarding contingent upon clearance.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with modern tooling.
- Experience across Linux and Windows development environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, sustainment, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
- Own execution of platform capabilities, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Develop automation for software delivery processes and artifact workflows.
- Collaborate with software/firmware teams to improve developer workflows and automation.
- Produce documentation for pipeline design, standards, and guidance.
