Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Go and concurrent programming.
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and managed services.
• Knowledge of NoSQL, caching, or streaming technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop IaC and configuration-management automation with Terraform/Ansible.
• Automate deployment of data services across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Improve reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of platform data services.
• Define, measure, and improve service-level indicators and error budgets.
• Develop automation for scaling, failover, backups, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Build observability solutions with metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerts.
• Troubleshoot issues with Cassandra, Aerospike, Kafka, and Redis.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response with root-cause analysis.
