Zusammenfassung

TalentCapture, Inc. is seeking an executive software engineering leader to drive a platform-centric transformation across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will guide SDLC governance, DevSecOps, and modern architecture while mentoring multiple teams including offshore partners. Responsibilities include delivering multi-year roadmaps, aligning product and technology strategy, and ensuring compliance and security standards.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, Ember), and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with LAMP stack development.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with QA processes and tools (test automation, security testing, load testing, risk-based regression testing, smoke testing).
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications for commercial cloud deployment (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with microservices and domain-driven design patterns.
• Management of a development team of 50+ FTEs (Dev, QA, DevOps).
• Experience managing offshore development engagements/vendors.
• Experience partnering with product management in agile SDLC.
• Experience developing a strategic technology roadmap.
• Experience leading technical projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to design distributed .NET frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps (CI/CD).
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Aufgaben

• Create, execute and maintain a technology roadmap.
• Manage the development and maintenance of web and desktop applications, and migrate to new platforms.
• Review and provide feedback on technical deliverables.
• Own software development standards and drive adoption.
• Make technology decisions that drive innovation while managing risks and costs.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Information Security to ensure regulatory requirements.
• Lead design sessions, mentoring and guidance efforts with teams.
• Collaborate with other engineering groups, product, planning, operations, IT, vendors and support.
• Reduce complexity wherever possible.
• Advise, communicate and implement elegant software design solutions.
• Effectively communicate technology and tooling recommendations to upper management.
