OpenAI is seeking a Software Engineer for the Agent Platform to build and scale services powering agentic products. You will collaborate with product engineers, researchers, and infrastructure teams to bring prototypes to production, focusing on APIs, orchestration, and reliability.

You should have experience with large-scale backend systems or cloud infrastructure, and enjoy building shared platforms that enable teams to move faster while ensuring security and performance.
