Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of professional experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Infrastructure & Platform Engineering or IT.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Infrastructure & Platform team with clear role clarity and objectives.
• Own team performance and development; foster ownership and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove obstacles and coach problem-solving at the point of work.
• Own and mandate a single golden-path delivery pipeline (CI/CD, environments, shared services).
• Operate the platform as a product with a backlog, roadmap, SLAs, and change-management governance.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security to embed security best practices and address DevSecOps needs.
