Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director, Infrastructure & Platform to lead the team that builds secure, scalable environments used by Defense & Systems software.

You will own the platform as a product, define the roadmaps, drive the golden-path delivery pipeline (CI/CD, shared services), and partner with Cyber Security to embed best practices while ensuring reliability, cost control, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum experience, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years in Infrastructure & Platform Engineering or IT
• Minimum 3 years leading technical teams
• Military experience equivalent to professional experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Infrastructure & Platform team with clear objectives and standard work
• Own the platform operating model and governance, including a single golden-path delivery pipeline
• Operate the platform as a product with a backlog, roadmap, and service standards
• Partner with Cyber Security to embed security best practices and close DevSecOps gaps
