Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking a Software Architect to help modernize a cloud-based SaaS platform in a hybrid Boston setting. You will define architecture strategy, supervise design decisions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to scale a multi-tenant system.

The role emphasizes leadership in enterprise architecture, event-driven design, and API integrations, with focus on delivering scalable, enterprise-grade software for demanding users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise software applications.
• Proficient with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Framework/Core, and Web APIs.
• Strong background in software architecture, distributed systems, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience designing multi-tenant applications and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy and conduct technical reviews with engineering teams.
• Define scalable cloud-based platform designs and migration plans.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape SaaS roadmap and architecture.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across multiple teams.
• Drive innovation, scalability, and long-term platform growth.
