Job summary

SGS is seeking a senior engineer who can both design complex systems and implement React components on top of them. You will lead architecture for flagship customer-facing products and own end-to-end delivery, from frontend surfaces to distributed backend services.

You will shape the platform with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and IaC, generalize solutions into reusable components, and mentor senior engineers to boost team velocity and code quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience architecting customer-facing products from frontend to backend.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Design to ship user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead architect and hands-on builder for customer-facing products, owning frontend to backend.
• Identify patterns and platform capabilities to build reusable blocks for the org.
• Architect and ship critical product surfaces with end-to-end engineering quality.
• Shape the paved road with CI/CD, Kubernetes, IaC, and observability.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive architecture conversations to remove friction.
