Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will design and deliver end-to-end solutions across frontend React and Go-powered backend, with a strong emphasis on scalable architectures and performance.

Join a fast-paced, collaborative environment building gaming, payments, and commerce tools. You’ll own features from concept to production, contribute to microservices and cloud-native platforms, and help maintain reliability through CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong React frontend experience.
• Backend experience in Go or similar language.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications powering core products.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React.
• Build backend services using Go and event-driven patterns.
• Create scalable microservices in Docker/Kubernetes environments.
• Improve performance, resiliency, and maintainability of systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Own production code, monitor, debug, and optimize deployments.
• Write automated tests and follow CI/CD practices.
• Participate in code reviews and cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to on-call rotations to support production systems.
