Venice is seeking a Principal Applied AI Engineer to build the internal agent platform that enables teams across the company to create, deploy, and manage AI agents at scale. You will own architecture decisions, evaluate tools, and ensure privacy by design while enabling non-engineers to build workflows.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, support, operations, and finance to understand needs and deliver measurable ROI.

Formación

• Senior software engineer with production systems experience.
• Proficient in Rust, TypeScript, Go, or Python.
• Experience with LLMs, agents, and AI product platforms.
• Strong distributed systems, API design, and data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Build internal agent platform across teams and domains.
• Evaluate and select build-vs-orchestrate strategies.
• Ensure data privacy and secure access controls.
• Design for non-engineers with good UX and docs.
